Excepcionalmente se traslada la convocatoria al mes de septiembre por decisión de la Câmara Municipal de Lisboa, IFEMA y el Comité Organizador de la feria, con el objetivo de favorecer el encuentro de galerías, coleccionistas y profesionales internacionales
También de forma excepcional la convocatoria tendrá lugar en Doca de Pedrouços, un nuevo emplazamiento en la capital que permitirá descubrir un nuevo y sorprendente espacio. ARCOlisboa 2021 se celebrará del 16 al 19 de septiembre. Unas fechas que han sido acordadas por la Câmara Municipal de Lisboa, IFEMA y el Comité Organizador de la feria con el objetivo de asegurar un contexto más favorable en Lisboa que fomente el encuentro entre galerías, coleccionistas, profesionales y visitantes. Este cambio de fecha permitirá descubrir un nuevo espacio en la ciudad de Lisboa. ARCOlisboa ha llegado a un acuerdo con la Administración del Puerto de Lisboa -APL- para la celebración de la quinta edición de la feria en Doca de Pedrouços, un entorno especial, ejemplo excepcional de arquitectura industrial, de muy cómodo acceso y con unas características muy especiales que acompañarán a esta edición tan única de la feria.
La quinta edición de ARCOlisboa reunirá a alrededor de 70 galerías nacionales e internacionales, cuya oferta artística mostrará al mundo la vibrante escena artística de Portugal en diálogo con interesantes propuestas de todo el mundo. El Programa General, conformado por las galerías seleccionadas por el Comité Organizador, volverá a ser el eje principal de la feria con la calidad de los contenidos como esencia. A éste, se suman los programas comisariados: la exitosa sección Opening, que este año crece con la participación de un mayor número de galerías seleccionadas por Kunsthalle Lissabon, que aportará nuevos artistas y escenas, y África en Foco, de nuevo comisariada por Paula Nascimento, que propondrá seductores descubrimientos artísticos a los coleccionistas y aficionados en arte africano.
ARCOlisboa 2021, organizado por la Câmara Municipal de Lisboa e IFEMA, convertirá a Lisboa en la capital del contemporáneo con la celebración de la Feria y la visita a los mejores museos, instituciones y colecciones de la ciudad.

ARCOlisboa 2021 will be held from September 16 to 19. This change of date will allow you to discover a new space in the city of Lisbon. ARCOlisboa has reached an agreement with the Administration of the Port of Lisbon -APL- to hold the fifth edition of the fair in Doca de Pedrouços, a special environment, an exceptional example of industrial architecture, with very convenient access and with very specials that will accompany this unique edition of the fair.
The fifth edition of ARCOlisboa will bring together around 70 national and international galleries, whose artistic offer will show the world the vibrant artistic scene of Portugal in dialogue with interesting proposals from around the world. The General Program, made up of the galleries selected by the Organizing Committee, will once again be the main axis of the fair with the quality of the content as its essence.
