Pinta Miami concluye la agenda cultural 2022 con más de 14.000 visitantes, 48 instituciones y 28 ciudades presentes. La feria en The Hangar, Coconut Grove dio lugar a buenas ventas y un récord de premios otorgados. Pinta cierra el año con amplio terreno recorrido y se prepara para seguir creciendo de ambos lados del Atlántico.

Cumpliendo 16 años, Pinta Miami celebró en 9 secciones, con 10 curadores internacionales y proyectos expositivos que incluyen desde técnicas milenarias del continente americano hasta obras en el Metaverso. Así, Pinta refleja su compromiso con las diversidades y estéticas de Iberoamérica.
En 2022, Pinta Miami fue centro de intercambio y repercusión en ámbitos privados y públicos, generando un gran número de oportunidades para artistas y galerías.
En su evento de apertura, Pinta fue sede del EFG Latin American Art Award, cuyos finalistas fueron seleccionados de las ferias arteBA, ArtBo, SP Arte, Ch.ACO y Pinta PArC. La ganadora fue Carla Chaim y su obra fue adquirida por la colección de EFG Capital para ser exhibida en Miami.
Además, el Premio NEXT reconoció a las galerías Vigil González de Cusco y ABRA de Caracas por su propuesta colaborativa y el diálogo entre sus artistas Benjamín Cieza Hurtado y Jurgens Portillo.

Finalmente, Pinta Miami organizó ocho premios adquisición a través de reconocidas colecciones de Miami, Madrid, Buenos Aires y Lima. Las colecciones Jorge M. Pérez y Juan Carlos Maldonado adquirieron obras de la artista Paraguaya Elsa Gómez, la D+C Family Foundation se llevó “Black Tears” de la cubana Aimée García y Alberto y Ginette Rebaza eligieron una pintura de Samuel Sowatey. Además, la Fundación Pablo Atchugarry sumó a su colección una escultura por Adriana González Brun, de la galería Viedma de Asunción. Finalmente, la Colección Ama Amoedo adquirió una obra expuesta por la galería Remota

Turning 16, Pinta Miami celebrated in 9 sections, with 10 international curators and exhibition projects that range from ancient techniques from the American continent to works in the Metaverse. Thus, Pinta reflects his commitment to the diversity and aesthetics of Latin America.
In 2022, Pinta Miami was a center of exchange and impact in private and public spheres, generating a large number of opportunities for artists and galleries.
In its opening event, Pinta hosted the EFG Latin American Art Award, whose finalists were selected from the arteBA, ArtBo, SP Arte, Ch.ACO and Pinta PArC fairs. The winner was Carla Chaim and her work was acquired by the EFG Capital collection to be exhibited in Miami.
