¡Te invitamos a formar parte de la celebración del 20 aniversario de nuestro centro! Nos encantaría que fueras parte de “Raíces del Cielo”, un evento que se llevará a cabo del 11 al 18 de abril.
Este proyecto resalta la belleza de la milenaria ceiba dominicana, el árbol más antiguo del país y declarado Monumento Natural, a través de una impresión fotográfica en lienzo.
Si estás interesado en participar, puedes unirte individualmente o formar un grupo de hasta 10 personas. Del 11 al 18 de abril, te invitamos a sumergirte en el proyecto de arte participativo "Raíces del Cielo", una experiencia única para conectar con la naturaleza a través del arte.
En esta ocasión, presentaremos una impresionante fotografía de la ceiba de tamboril, capturada por el talentoso Cédric Bregnard y plasmada en un lienzo de dimensiones monumentales. La idea es que te sumerjas en la esencia misma del árbol y contribuyas con tus propias pinceladas a esta obra colectiva. Así, tu creatividad se fusionará con la majestuosidad de la naturaleza capturada en la imagen.
El proyecto Raíces del Cielo ⵣ nace en el 2017 para ofrecer a cientos de personas la oportunidad de crear juntos dibujos monumentales en tinta china.
Reproducir a escala real la fotografía de un árbol milenario permite sentir físicamente su presencia. La mano revela los contornos de la corteza, guiada por la tinta y el pincel.
El artista Cedric Bregnard comenta de que el arte no está reservado solo para los artistas, sino que todos somos creadores.
A partir del 11 de abril tendrás la oportunidad de trazar sobre un lienzo el perfil de la Ceiba, árbol más antiguo de nuestro país.

This project highlights the beauty of the ancient Dominican ceiba tree, the oldest tree in the country and declared a Natural Monument, through a photographic print on canvas.

From April 11 to 18, we invite you to immerse yourself in the participatory art project "Raíces del Cielo", a unique experience to connect with nature through art.

The idea is that you immerse yourself in the very essence of the tree and contribute with your own brushstrokes to this collective work. The Roots of Heaven ⵣ project was born in 2017 to offer hundreds of people the opportunity to create together monumental drawings in Chinese ink.
Reproducing a full-scale photograph of an ancient tree allows you to physically feel its presence. The hand reveals the contours of the bark, guided by the ink and the brush.
The artist Cedric Bregnard comments that art is not reserved only for artists, but that we are all creators.
Starting April 11, you will have the opportunity to trace the profile of the Ceiba, the oldest tree in our country, on a canvas.
