Ossaye Casa de Arte, (OCA) se une al dolor causado por la pérdida de la artista Belkis Ramirez, haciéndonos solidarios con su familiares y la clase artística nacional. Reconociendo el papel importante que Belkis desempeñó para el movimiento del arte contemporáneo en el país, con sus incursiones en el arte conceptual, instalaciones y grabados, entre otras manifestaciones creativas mostrando su talento trascendental.
Por su brillantez sus premios y reconocimientos obtenidos en Bienales Nacional de Arte, y concursos de arte magistrales, de aciertos nacionales e internacionales.
