Es tiempo de la Navidad y con ella aparece nuevamente el esplendor de una ocasión especial para que la Dirección General de Aduanas protagonice un hermoso proyecto que refleje la importancia que esta dirección a depositado al tema de la cultura de las artes del país, con un proyecto que revele sus valores, al tiempo de cumplir con una actividad que es pautada en las principales oficinas gubernamentales –diferenciándose la nuestra– por su doble misión, involucrando la clase artística dominicana en este gran evento simbólico. “El Proyecto Árbol de Navidad 2022”, consiste en la creación de un maravilloso árbol de Navidad complementado con la realización de obras de arte en formato circular alusivas a esta época del año, producidas por el sector artístico dominicano.
Programamos una convocatoria creativa para la realización de las obras y adornos alusivos a esta época que poseerán el sello creativo de la personalidad artística de cada creador participante. Las obras tienen que invitar a la reflexión de esta época mágica y sus valores históricos. Estas obras serán subastadas antes del término de la Navidad en otro evento el cual lo cierra, y lo recaudado por cada obra se entregará íntegro a su creador correspondiente como gesto de motivación económica por la obra, y por la actividad realizada.
Este árbol de obras alusivas a la Navidad fue instalado en la explanada derecha frontal del edificio de Aduanas, con el propósito de crear un precedente simbólico a finales de Noviembre, con la inauguración y encendido de las luces del “Árbol de la navidad de Aduanas” pautadas para el final del mes de noviembre 2022, con el desvelo del árbol e inauguración oficial a cargo del Director General de Aduanas, el Lic. Sanz Lovaton.
Unir a nuestros artistas en este evento nos ayuda a proyectar el apoyo cultural en este acto singular que ha mantenido la Fundación de arte de la Dirección General de Aduana como filosofía y soporte cultural por años, el cual continúa exhortando e incentivando los valores artísticos del país reflejados en nuestra colección y acciones objetivas para la preservación y acopio de nuestros valores culturales.
La logística y los planes de estructuración del proyecto se delinearon en detalles con el equipo de realizadores del proyecto estableciendo las especificaciones y las técnicas del proyecto con estrategias previamente acordadas.

It is Christmas time and with it appears again the splendor of a special occasion for the General Directorate of Customs to star in a beautiful project that reflects the importance that this direction has placed on the theme of the country's culture of arts, with a project that reveals its values, while complying with an activity that is scheduled in the main government offices – differentiating ours – for its double mission, involving the Dominican artistic class in this great symbolic event. "The 2022 Christmas Tree Project" consists of the creation of a wonderful Christmas tree complemented by the creation of works of art in a circular format alluding to this time of year, produced by the Dominican artistic sector.
We schedule a creative call for the realization of the works and decorations alluding to this time that will have the creative stamp of the artistic personality of each participating creator. The works have to invite reflection on this magical era and its historical values. These works will be auctioned before the end of Christmas in another event which closes it, and the proceeds from each work will be delivered in full to its corresponding creator as a gesture of economic motivation for the work, and for the activity carried out.
This tree of works alluding to Christmas was installed on the front right esplanade of the Customs building, with the purpose of creating a symbolic precedent at the end of November, with the inauguration and lighting of the lights of the "Customs Christmas Tree". scheduled for the end of November 2022, with the unveiling of the tree and official inauguration by the Director General of Customs, Lic. Sanz Lovaton.
Uniting our artists in this event helps us to project cultural support in this unique act that the Art Foundation of the General Directorate of Customs has maintained as a philosophy and cultural support for years, which continues to encourage and encourage the artistic values of the country. reflected in our collection and objective actions for the preservation and collection of our cultural values.
The logistics and structuring plans of the project were outlined in detail with the team of project developers establishing the specifications and techniques of the project with previously agreed strategies.
