Ojala que llueva / Introducción / Inauguración / Autozama, Mercedes-Benz

Lo que ayer fuese una idea extraordinaria de parasoles, paraguas o sombrillas, hoy es todo una realidad alucinante para nuestros ojos por la transformación de estas sombrillas convertidas en objetos de arte. Diría un León Tolstoi “Arte es comunicación", sentimientos y emociones de la conducta humana. Compartimos estos momentos con nuestros amigos de Autozama / Mecedes-Benz, con su presidente el señor: Ramon Ernesto Cáceres Morales y los artistas realizadores de las obras, quienes se han extendido en su transformación creando este discurso visual el cual se complementa con vuestra mirada, la de todos ustedes presentes. A nuestros amigos, patrocinadores, familiares, asistentes de la prensa, público en general gracias por su asistencia a este evento creativo, cultural. Gracias a nuestros patrocinadores que lo han hecho posible; a Autozama Mercedes-Benz por brindarnos su espacio, su apoyo y servir de antesala a esta magnifica agenda cultural.

A nuestro compañero y amigo, miembro de la fundación OCA, Rafael Alba, quien ha creado el sitial perfecto en un formidable montaje arquitectónico expositivo. Gracias por su paciencia, conocimientos, creatividad; y naturalmente, a su compañera esposa Margarita de Alba, por sus visiones e ideas oportunas.

María del Carmen, solo una.

Llegado aquí, tenemos que realizar un alto para dar los créditos a la mujer de la estrella, aquella que propone una idea, y la hace posible con esta maravillosa exposición. Para continuar señalándola que tenemos buscar un referente metafórico para dimensional su personalidad. Entonces, nos salimos de la isla y en nuestro vuelo mágico donde nos reencontramos con un “Noel Nicola”, representante extinto de la nueva Trova Cubana, autor de una canción de contenido que escribiera el cantautor en los años 70’s, que tituló: “Para una imaginaria María del Carmen”. Hablaba Nicola de aquella mujer nueva, aquella que se integra a los procesos revolucionarios cantando en su poesía adjetivos y metáforas como estas: “por ser tan limpia, tan pura, es libre de prejuicios" "cuando Maria del Carmen atraviesa el parque revuelve la tarde y todos los ojos le halan el vestido;". Nosotros en OCA decimos: esta mujer es autentica y solidaria porque piensa con el hilo del diamante de su ser. Plantea que el camino del porvenir del futuro se estructura con la cultura, arte y la educación. Esta es la filosofía de esta mujer extraordinaria, que funge como directora de la fundación Ossaye Casa de Arte, y es la ideóloga de este evento. Ella no se encuentra con nosotros esta noche por asuntos mayores. Pero se mantiene firme, con la certeza de que esta noche –aunque ella no este– será trascendental para la memoria y la proyección del arte en futuras generaciones.

“Ojalá que llueva” una inspiración, una constante.

Una constante en los artistas es su inspiración que surge como el respiro, como el oxígeno, como la fuente de agua que brota de la cima de la montaña; un instante que provoca un paro en su cotidianidad, donde se generan los silencios y espacios necesarios para los procesos creativos. En definitiva, una apertura a un diafragma semántico diferente, cuando se trata de la transformación creativa de un objeto cotidiano a una nueva forma estética. Una función elimina a la otra, en un sistema de traspaso que subordina la razón primaria del objeto, transformándolo en un objeto de arte producto de su trascendencia dialectica.

La sombrilla / El paraguas / El parasol

Orígenes

Se desconoce con certeza quién fue su creador, se tienen conocimientos no precisos de que se origina en China, alrededor del siglo XI antes de Cristo. Leyendas le atribuyen su invención a Lu Mei, una joven de la China que mencionara a su hermano su deseo de realizar un objeto para protegerse de la lluvia. La joven produjo un bastón con 32 varillas de bambú recubierta de una tela realizada en forma de hongo. La invención se extendió por más de 1700 años, llegando a convertirse en paraguas plegable, permeabilizado con cera y barniz. En otras palabras el sistema de sombrilla que hoy conocemos.

Hablemos un poco del “Objeto de arte | Arte objeto”

Si hablamos del objeto de arte o del arte objeto, se hace inminente mencionar a Marcel Duchamps, artista francés e intelectual, pionero de esta tendencia que revolucionará el concepto de arte establecido de su época, transgrediendo todas las normas y reglas establecidas hasta el momento. Producto de su desilusión por las “formas establecidas” y convencionales de la expresión artística y desatando con ello una serie de cuestionamientos en los ambitos estéticos del arte.

Marcel Duchamp ejerció una fuerte influencia en la evolución del movimiento dadá, (Manifiesto del Dadaísmo, 1918 ) este envia un simple urinario de porcelana a una exposición en Nueva York, 1917 con el título de “Fuente” esta manifestación por consenso fue elegida por medio millar de expertos, críticos y artistas, como la obra de arte más influyente del siglo XX.

Duchamps afirmaba “Es la actitud mental del espectador, al ver un objeto dentro de un espacio diferente, que lo desconecta de las cualidades utilitarias propias, logrando ver nuevas cualidades estéticas del mismo objeto”. Este proceso de descontextualización y resemantización es precisamente lo que le adjudica un nuevo valor estético al resultado obtenido por estos 42 artistas nacionales, en esta exhibición.

Cierre “Ojalá que llueva” se sitúa en este entorno humano, país, en una búsqueda cultural precedida por la poesía de una maravillosa canción, que de hecho, se ha convertido en emblema musical contemporáneo. Tanto el individuo que habita la isla, como aquel que se encuentra en otros espacios, se identifica por sus valores, y metáforas criollas. Ossaye Casa de Arte, con su“Ojalá que llueva”, propone y expone en esta ocasión un diluvio de sentimientos, pasiones ,emociones que, a través de la creación, la mirada y el quehacer estético de nuestros artistas, nos permitan acercarnos al arte como objeto o viceversa, para estar más cerca a la poesía lúdica de estos artistas, al tiempo de compartir este disfrute con ustedes, nuestros amigos, amantes de las artes, de la cultura, y de la vida.

María del Carmen, only one.

Arrived here, we have to make a stop to give the credits to this woman of the star, the one that proposes an idea, and makes it possible with this wonderful exhibition. To continue with this pointed woman we have to look for a metaphorical reference to size her personality. This is the philosophy of this extraordinary woman, who serves as the director of the Ossaye Casa de Arte foundation, and is the ideologist of this artistic-cultural event. She does not meet us tonight for major matters. But she remains firm, with the certainty that tonight - even though she is not here - will be transcendental for the memory and the projection of national art in future generations.

"I hope it rains" an inspiration, a constant.

A constant in artists is their inspiration, which emerges as respite, like oxygen, as the source of water that springs from the top of the mountain; an instant that causes a stoppage in their daily life, where the silences and spaces necessary for creative processes are generated. In short, an opening to a different semantic diaphragm when it comes to the creative transformation of an everyday object to an aesthetic form. One function eliminates the other, in a transfer system that subordinates the primary reason of the instrument, converting this new object into an art product of its transcendence.

The umbrella / The umbrella / The parasol

origins

It is unknown with certainty who was its creator, it is known that originates in China, around the eleventh century before Christ. Legends attribute their invention to Lu Mei, a young woman from China who mentioned to her brother her desire to make an object to protect herself from the rain. "I hope it rains" is placed in this human environment, country, in a cultural search, preceded by the poetry of a wonderful song, which in fact, has become a contemporary musical emblem. Both the individual who inhabits the island, as well as the one who is in other spaces, is identified by its values, and criollo metaphors. Ossaye Casa de Arte, with its "I hope it rains", proposes and exposes on this occasion a deluge of feelings, passions, emotions that, through the creation, the look and the aesthetic task of our artists, allow us to get closer to art as an object or vice versa, to be closer to these creators and their playful poetry, while sharing this enjoyment with you, our friends, lovers of the arts, of culture, and of life.
