Posible frontera o final movible de una etapa... Mónica Ferreras De la Maza 2014 marca el principio de un periodo donde empecé a explorar la idea de las conexiones. Conectar es un proceso natural y lógico que nuestra mente usa para la memoria y el entendimiento entre otras tantas funciones, y de la cual no me había percatado antes. Solo la necesidad lo hizo obvio para mí. Conectar vivencias para hacer un mapa de vida o, mejor dicho, conectar vivencias para hacer mapas hechos de retazos de recuerdos, pero que al fin y al cabo son mapas y son unas guías. Acciones como la de entender el pasado, aprender de él, poco a poco sanarlo, ir perdonando, dejar ir, se hacen posible, en parte, por el hecho de poder conectar lo mejor posible las experiencias vividas. Más adelante vienen siempre las preguntas y no siempre con ellas vienen las respuestas, al menos no las obvias o visibles porque dicen que cada problema trae consigo mismo su propia solución, como también podría decirse, que cada pregunta trae consigo misma su respuesta. Él nunca se sabe se trata de eso. La lógica de lo visible no tiene que ver en apariencia con la idea de que nunca se sabe. Una mirada más cercana a estos mundos intangibles me lleva por universos tan fascinantes como los visibles. Mundos detrás de bambalinas, donde está pasando un montón de cosas que no podemos ver, pero que más adelante, de repente o suavemente, se hacen visibles y entonces nos preguntamos - ¿De dónde vienen estas cosas? Diría que existe la posibilidad de conectar esta idea de los universos invisibles a la idea de que, lo que hoy yo vivo y pienso está conectado indefectiblemente a lo vivido y a lo pensado ayer, de igual manera, mi futuro está inevitablemente conectado a lo que vivo y pienso hoy. Esta es una razón por lo cual la noción de que lo que yo no puedo ver no existe no me la creo. Como consecuencia de este recorrido que he descrito brevemente aquí y por el cual he ido descubriendo por etapas el fascinante universo de las conexiones, me he abierto a la idea de que, de una manera u otra, todo en la infinidad del universo está conectado. Primero conectándonos con nuestro interior, desde lo micro, para luego poder conectarnos mejor hacia el exterior, hacia lo macro, para finalmente sentirnos parte de un entramado gigante e infinito de universos...así de esta manera vamos, dicho en buen dominicano, conectando un chin y un chón. Possible border or movable end of a stage ... Monica Ferreras De la Maza 2014 marks the beginning of a period where I began to explore the idea of connections. Connect is a natural and logical process that our mind uses for memory and understanding among many other functions, and of which I had not noticed before. Only the need made it obvious to me. Connect experiences to make a life map or, rather, connect experiences to make maps made of scraps of memories, but at the end of the day they are maps and guides. Actions such as understanding the past, learning from it, gradually healing it, forgiving, letting go, are made possible, in part, by the fact of being able to connect the lived experiences as well as possible. Later, the questions always come and the answers do not always come with them, at least not the obvious or visible ones because they say that each problem brings with it its own solution, as it could also be said, that each question brings its own answer. He never knows if it's about that. The logic of the visible has nothing to do with the idea that one never knows. A closer look at these intangible worlds takes me through universes as fascinating as the visible ones. Worlds behind the scenes, where a lot of things that we can not see are happening, but later on, suddenly or softly, they become visible and then we ask ourselves - Where do these things come from? I would say that there is the possibility of connecting this idea of the invisible universes to the idea that, what I live and think today is inevitably connected to what I have lived and what was thought yesterday, in the same way, my future is inevitably connected to what I live and I think today. This is one reason why the notion that what I can not see does not exist does not believe me. As a consequence of this journey that I have briefly described here and through which I have gradually discovered the fascinating universe of connections, I have opened myself to the idea that, in one way or another, everything in the infinity of the universe is connected. First connecting with our interior, from the micro, to then connect better to the outside, to the macro, to finally feel part of a giant and infinite network of universes ... so this way we go, said in good Dominican, connecting a chin and a chon.
