EDITORIAL
En la medida que pasa el tiempo aprendemos –como es natural– crecemos y asimilamos mejor la dinámica de trabajo en la escena del arte, a pesar de estar "en contra el viento y marea", afinamos con practicidad y comprensión nuestra filosofía y conceptos. Ahora nos amarramos a la proa del círculo. Ciertamente, con el instinto más afinado se puede navegar más lejos y ver más claro nuestra línea de horizonte que va asiderado a nuestra filosofía de apoyo a la cultura visual, la cual adoptamos hace 5 años apostando firme al arte y a la cultura. Hoy, nos permitiéndonos crear e innovar con el módulo : “OCA Alternativo” diseñado para proveer alternativas informáticas para estudiantes de las artes, con potencial para insertarse en el sector del Turismo nacional, el cual requiere de alternativas creativas y culturales.
La presente publicación se la dedicamos a un artista en especial, que habita entre nosotros y reside en las galaxias, el artista visual: Jorge Pineda. Maravilloso!, dentro y fuera de nuestro mapa isla, ciudad. Por siempre destacarse por sus excelencias, por sus méritos. Para OCA, es un privilegio contar su historia en un diálogo - lenguaje que nos permite analizar mejor el pensamiento creativo de este artista, al tiempo de descubrir y entender el enigma que encierra su creación artística. A través de la interacción virtuosa de Sara Hermann, comprenderemos mejor a Jorge, al hombre, al artista. Sara Hermann, es crítica de arte; miembro de la Asociación Internacional de Críticos de Arte y del Consejo Internacional de Museos.
La otra gran noticia es que tenemos a “SINDICATO” en OCA, y que esta actividad de manera creativa se ha apoderado de nuestros espacios con su extraordinaria plataforma de formatos híbridos en una discurso de comunicación visual dirigido por sus propios integrantes, han creando todo una ruptura de los paradigma del cubo blanco, el museo, y el concepto de galería de arte.
Es necesario mencionar el éxito que obtuvimos en la edición anterior #3 dedicada a Belkis Ramírez y su respectiva exhibición simbólica, con reiteradas felicitaciones por el resultado, y por el apoyo que recibimos tanto del sector privado como las repercusiones positivas a nivel internacional de la actividad, con soporte de la crítica positiva y la prensa, por nuestro periódico-revista impreso y el portal de la Web. Denotados incrementos en el orden numérico de visitantes como sustanciales amigos y seguidores en nuestra cartera de usuarios en nuestro portal: www.ossayecasadearte.com

As time goes by we learn - as is natural - we grow and better assimilate the dynamics of work in the art scene, despite being "against the wind and tide", we refine our philosophy and concepts with practicality and understanding. Now we tie ourselves to the bow of the circle. Certainly, with the finest instinct you can navigate further and see more clearly our horizon line that is attached to our philosophy of support for visual culture, which we adopted 5 years ago betting firmly on art and culture. Today, allowing us to create and innovate with the module: “Alternative OCA” designed to provide computer alternatives for arts students, with the potential to enter the national tourism sector, which requires creative and cultural alternatives.
This publication is dedicated to a special artist, who lives among us and resides in the galaxies, the visual artist: Jorge Pineda. Wonderful !, inside and outside our map island, city. Forever stand out for its excellence, for its merits. For OCA, it is a privilege to tell his story in a dialogue - language that allows us to better analyze the creative thinking of this artist, while discovering and understanding the enigma that contains his artistic creation. Through the virtuous interaction of Sara Hermann, we will better understand Jorge, the man, the artist. Sara Hermann, is an art critic; member of the International Association of Art Critics and the International Council of Museums.
The other great news is that we have "TRADE UNION" in OCA, and that this activity creatively has taken over our spaces with its extraordinary platform of hybrid formats in a speech of visual communication directed by its own members, they have created a whole rupture of the paradigm of the white cube, the museum, and the concept of art gallery.
It is necessary to mention the success that we obtained in the previous edition # 3 dedicated to Belkis Ramírez and its respective symbolic exhibition, with repeated congratulations for the result, and for the support we received from both the private sector and the positive repercussions at the international level of the activity , with the support of positive criticism and the press, by our printed newspaper-magazine and the Web portal.
